Cases

Cases: Maskin and Skjald

Værksted advises organizations on becoming AI-native. Sebastian co-built Maskin with Magnus, and Værksted builds Skjald. These two cases say what each product is and where it stands, using only what the product owners have confirmed.

Maskin: an open source AI agent workspace

An open-source (Apache-2.0) workspace where people and AI agents work on the same typed objects: insights, bets, tasks and knowledge. Early-stage and in active development, with a hosted version. Sebastian co-built it with Magnus. Read the Maskin case.

Skjald: a meeting notetaker that works on your own device by default

A meeting notetaker that records, transcribes and writes up what was decided, who does what and who spoke. Pre-release, for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and not on the App Store yet. Værksted builds it. Read the Skjald case.

How these cases connect to the advice

Værksted gives advice and plans only. It does not build or run systems for clients. The cases show what Sebastian and Værksted build themselves, and they sit beside two offers: AI advisory for product and technology leaders, for a leadership team that wants to decide where AI pays off, and training and workshops for product teams, for a team that wants to practise on its own work. The principles behind all of it are on the home page.
